This includes everything your doctor, mother and common sense have been telling you, but you haven’t bothered taking seriously. Minimize the junk food intake, eat foods high in anti-oxidants, exercise regularly, sleep at least eight hours a day, drink more water, and stay out of the sun. Stress can also rapidly age your skin. So try finding a way to alleviate the stress like getting a hobby or taking frequent short trips.
