There are also many external factors which increases the aging of the skin like the lifestyle and environment of the individual, the individual`s smoking habits. Exposure to the sun causes pigmentation which ultimately leads to skin aging. Exposure to cold and wind, irregular and poor diet routine, a lot of stress and a total lack of exercise are also some of the external factors which determine premature skin aging.
